Every February, Girl Scout cookies are distributed around the State of Hawaii. The estimated cookies sold this year are a record-breaking 387,000 boxes! Girl Scouts conduct pre sales prior to the cookies arriving on island. They will then set up booths at various locations to sell more cookies! There are 8 wonderful flavors: Savannah Smiles, Trefoils, Do-Si-Dos, Samoas, Dulce De Leche, Thank U Berry Munch, Tagalongs and the all-time favorite, Thin Mints.
I have been an avid supporter for the Girl Scout program for over 10 years. I started as a leader for my daughter’s troop and when she graduated, I became a leader for my niece’s troop. Although, I am not a leader anymore, it’s only appropriate that I continue to help this worthy organization. As the General Manager for Royal Hawaiian Movers , we have been delivering Girl Scout cookies since we opened in 2005.
